This is our pure, organic, unrefined, cold-pressed coconut oil that was ozonated for 3 days.
Some of the fats in coconut oil don't oxidize the same way the fats in other oils do and customers have reported a burnt taste after about 3 days, so we've standardized our coconut at 72 hours per batch. This seems to hold a light amount of ozone without the bad taste, so it works well in tooth and skincare products without being overwhelming. Please see our other oils like hemp and sunflower if you need a higher ozone content oil.

Some people prefer to use this consistency of oil topically or in their products because it's easier to work with than the gel. When ozonated for another week it converts all of the remaining fats into oxygen molecules and it turns into a gel consistency.

Ozonated olive oil has been used for over a century for both internal and external ailments, but is commonly used for external conditions of the skin. Ozonated olive oil is made by diffusing ozone gas through olive oil. The fats are burnt...or oxidized...and converted into oxygen molecules.
When used topically as a paste, the ozonide acts as an antioxidant, allowing lactic acid and toxins to be released from the skin.
