Refund policy

We have a strict NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS policy for all items since they are handmade medicines that cannot be restocked or re-used.

Orders are only refunded and replaced if they are lost or damaged during shipment and claims are filed with the appropriate couriers. 

In some cases, an item may have been mishandled during shipment and may seem to arrive safely, but it is still damaged inside from the heat or getting lost in the mail. In those cases, please send photos of the item itself and a photo of your label for a claim to be filed. Your order will then be replaced or refunded once this process has been completed.
