Shipping policy

All items are handmade fresh to order. Batches of ozonated oils can take up to 21 days to produce. Orders are sent out as they become available to produce. During our busy seasons, some orders can take up to 30 days to arrive. This depends on availability and how many orders are pending at any time. Customers are encouraged to message us before placing an order to get the most accurate shipment timelines.
