Terms of service

Placing an order is an agreement to have handcrafted, customized items produced for you. Refunds can only be given if they are requested before the items are made, or if they can safely be restocked and sold. Customized products that are pre-paid and already made are not eligible for refunds. If the items arrive damaged or are lost during shipment, claims can be filed with the couriers and refunds or replacements sent.
